What to expect:
The wine is all about strawberries, actually a "trifecta" of reduction of strawberry, strawberry jam, and overripe strawberry. Other than fruit, you will find peppered and cured meats, and a little green herb. The texture of the wine is pleasurable, and it is an easy, lovely, tasty wine.
