What to expect: Lightly colored straw in appearance with a reserved nose of lemon, lime and a hint of dried grass. Very refreshing and clean in flavor which makes it very well suited to fresh seafood. Flavor of lemon flesh and dried lime peel mix with raw almond. Just a hint of apricot and pear with the skin follow the citrus. Lovely wine for a warm sunny day.
