Nora Albariño
Rìas Baixas, Spain 2007
Wine of the week, July 25, 2009
What to expect: This wine has become a textbook example of what to expect from Albariño, and it's certainly one of the most well known labels on the market. Classic in the presentation of lime, green apple, and peach, with accents of wet river stones, and a very pleasing bridge between crisp and soft.
Have it with white flaky fishes, shellfish or a plate of summer vegetables.
est. retail price per bottle: $18
