What to expect: I love this bottle of Chenin Blanc! What a triumph for the grape and the region. For those who think all Vouvray area wines have to be sweet this proves the opposite, and for all those who love the demi-sec style, it is yielding and supple. This wine is blessed with a cacophony of green apples, limes, lime zest, apricots and fresh peaches. All that fruit is overlaid with the perfume of honeysuckle petals and crushed limestone. The one wine you have to try if you wonder what Chenin Blanc has to offer.
